OUR RETURNS POLICY 

You get 14 calendar days to return your order because you have changed your mind. This two-week return period starts from the day you have received your order. Find out how to return your item(s) below. 

FAULTY GOODS 

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault and remember to get in touch before returning. 

You can do this by going to the 'Contact Us' section and a member of our team will look into it. 

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. 

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging with tags and labels. 

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. 

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy. 

Misshera reserves the right for the final decision regarding the return items condition. 

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN: 

To return an item back to us please pack you items securely and include a cover note clearly stating your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and/or EMAIL address within the returning parcel.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

Upon arrival, the returns are subject to inspection for compliance with our Return Policy. 

Refunds are processed within 7 days. 

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE: 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps from above and reorder for a replacement. Subject to availability. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: 

If you have received an email notification of the refund but haven’t received the money yet, first check your bank account before contacting us. 

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• Orders placed on a weekday will be dispatched the next working day. 

• Orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched within next 3 working days.

• Order before 2pm to receive your order tomorrow (only during weekdays, orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched Monday) 

• Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the day after (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). 

A full breakdown of the shipping details, including the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. 

Customers hold the right to leave the order stage currently before the order goes through. 

Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

At this moment of time, we do not dispatch orders internationally, unfortunately.
